Mikhail Vaynshenker has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry, and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of CorpData LLC. A seasoned management consultant and software project leader with deep experience in information engineering and in financial services, Vaynshenker brings a proven combination of analytical and leadership skills to CorpData. His development projects include the design of the first expert system to detect insider trading and market manipulation for the New York Stock Exchange, as well as risk measurement software for Reuters. Most recently, Vaynshenker was chief architect for Actimize, a provider of anti-money laundering, regulatory and compliance software. Previously, he was chief technology officer of BrainDock.com, a wireless e-commerce provider that went public on London Stock Exchange (AIM) in 2000. He is also the founder of AVM New Wave, an internet and information services company. Vaynshenker received a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Riga Polytechnic University, Latvia, and a M.S. in Computer Science from the City University of New York.

Philip Meese is an accomplished technology executive who functions as both a technology strategist and client solutions specialist. Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on providing consultative services to clients who required complex technology solutions. Meese leverages a technology background that includes programming in a variety of languages and providing advanced technical instruction for Fortune 50 investment banking market participants such as the New York Stock Exchange, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and others. He also founded and ran an 80 person consulting services company in Manhattan for sixteen years. Meese relies on this diverse background and his sharp business acumen to develop innovative technology solutions for clients. Meese is most at home collaborating with senior managers, with whom he cultivates and nurtures a trusted advisor relationship. Meese received his B.F.A. degree from SUNY Purchase.

Dave Orban brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership and market development experience to his role at CorpData, where his focus is on the development of strategic initiatives relating to market growth and serving the company's client base. Orban's diverse background spans the enterprise solutions space, including leading the launch of several technology startups. Orban is the former director of marketing for Muze Inc., where he led the company's rebranding and the successful introduction of new channel programs and client-facing initiatives. Prior to that, as director of marketing at Actimize, Orban launched market- and client-facing initiatives that drove profitability and growth for that company. Orban has held similar roles at Albridge Solutions and Princeton Financial Systems, as well as having been a technology marketing consultant to the scientific publishing industry. Orban received his B.A. and M.F.A. degrees from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.

Dan Unter is a long-time corporate and technology attorney with over 12 years experience in the software, hardware, cleantech and construction industries. Unter brings a vast amount of expertise in corporate and technology transactional law, including: negotiation and drafting of sales, licensing, partner, distribution and manufacturing agreements; corporate structuring; term sheets and subscription documents and employment contracts. He also helps domestic and foreign companies protect their intellectual property and data assets. Unter speaks at technology investment forums around New York and New Jersey, and has served on the board of a number of technology and media companies. Unter holds a J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served as the editor of MELON (multimedia and entertainment lawyers online news), and a B.S. degree in economics from the University of Vermont.

Leon Miniovich, in his role as Product Manager, spearheads the development of the next generation of CorpData products. With more than 20 years' experience in the architecting and implementation of successful technology solutions, Miniovich is uniquely positioned to drive innovation at CorpData . During his career, Miniovich has served in a variety of roles including development, project manager, solution architect, team leader, and technology consultant for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including Credit Suisse Group, NYSE, AIG, and Goldman Sachs. Additionally, he has held leadership positions at several smaller firms and B2B service providers in a variety of verticals. As an attorney admitted in the State of New York, Miniovich is also able to contribute his knowledge of corporate, intellectual property, and jurisdictional law as a foundation for our products. Miniovich graduated from St Petersburg State Polytechnic University with both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Computer Systems Engineering. He subsequently earned his J.D. degree at Fordham University School of Law in New York City.
