Itzik Amiel
Itzik Amiel has nearly two decades of experience in advising and assisting companies in their international expansion, including entering and expansion into BRIC markets (Brazil, Russia, India, China); cross-border M&A; international restructuring and tax planning advice. His experience includes establishment of businesses and conducting IPOs in Europe; work with real estate investment funds and projects; wealth management; and international estate planning. Amiel has extensive experience in international legal, tax and financial matters, as well as international business development through his work with companies such as ABN AMRO and Moore Stephans International.
Amiel is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and was the member of the board and the founder and the first Chair of the Young IFA Network (YIN) worldwide. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA); the Israeli-law Bar; AIJA, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA); the Asia-Offshore Association (founder and chair of the Young AOA); and of STEP and Global Alliances and Partnership association. Amiel is also the Chair of the European Corporate Financial Association. In addition, Amiel is an active board member and international ambassador of the CRM Association. Amiel is on the board of editors of the International Tax Magazine (Asia).
Amiel holds degrees in Law (LL.B. - Cum Laude) and advance LL.M. in international tax studies. He is also a certified mediator in tax and commercial legal subjects, and he is a certified trust and estate planner. Amiel speaks English, Hebrew, Dutch, Arabic and Greek. |

Bill Freeborn
For three decades, Bill Freeborn has been a leader in both the public and private sectors. As Senior Vice president with Corporation Service Company (CSC), he oversaw sales, marketing, brand and product development across the organization. CSC, a privately-owned and highly-respected service organization, provides matter management, corporate compliance, and trustee services to companies and law firms worldwide. Among other roles in the public sector, his record includes service as Assistant Secretary of State and Director of Delaware’s Division of Corporations where he introduced innovative technologies to the state's delivery of corporate and legal services.
Upon leaving CSC, Bill has devoted his time to the successful development of four early-stage companies, including a technology service business that provides information assurance solutions through electronic notarization. Additionally, for the past three years Bill has been an active member of the First State Innovation angel network, and a participant in Early Stage East and the Mid Atlantic Angel Investment Network.
Bill is a graduate of Colgate University with a concentration in Economics. He received additional graduate training at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and Stanford University’s Executive Program in Finance. Bill lives in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife, Nancy, and their four children. |

Sanford G. Hausner
Sanford Hausner is a former partner at Arent Fox, where he focused on the corporate and international business groups. His practice focused on international corporate and securities law, counseling domestic and international clients in connection with their worldwide legal service requirements. He represented clients in a variety of industries including aerospace, gaming, health care, hospitality, real estate and technology. He has handled transactions in over 40 countries, with an emphasis on the emerging markets. Sandy's expertise is providing counsel in various stages of business development, from start ups to initial public offerings. He has advised issuers, underwriters, investors and governments involved in domestic and international public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and privatizations. Sandy is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industry Association. |

Thomas Rosedale
Tom Rosedale is the co-founder and managing member of BRL Law Group LLC. Tom co-founded the firm (originally known as Browne Rosedale & Lanouette LLP) in 2002. Tom's practice is focused primarily on securities law and Nasdaq matters, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. Tom's clients include venture capital funds and public and private companies in a variety of industries, including software, biotech and medical device, venture capital and supply-chain management.
Prior to forming the firm, Tom served as Associate General Counsel of CMGI, Inc., where he provided full legal support to CMGI and several subsidiaries. Tom also served as Vice President and General Counsel of AltaVista Company and served as a member of AltaVista's executive staff. Previously, Tom was an associate at national law firms, where he advised clients on an ongoing and transactional basis in the areas of general corporate and securities law, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Tom is a member of the Boston chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. He was named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star" in securities and corporate finance in the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 editions of Boston Magazine. Tom serves on the board of directors of AMD Global Telemedicine, Inc., ISG Group LLC, Corporate Filing Solutions LLC (a national registered agent and entity formation service), Newfound Research LLC and Edgartown Advisors LLC.
Tom received his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and received his B.S., magna cum laude, in finance from Bryant College. |

John P. Gordon
John Gordon is the founder and president of USA Corporate Services Inc., a New York City-based international company formation and management firm. He and his firm have helped clients of all sizes from six continents set up and manage over 35,000 companies US and offshore companies since 1983. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the China Institute and participates in entrepreneurial events around the world. He earned MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School through the Global Executive MBA program, and through various programs in both schools worked as a consultant to entrepreneurs in Nicaragua and Malaysia and developed a global network of resources.
John is on the Board of Directors of the Actors Company Theatre in New York City. |
